C. Howell, deceased, and her husband, Dr. Robert Miller, both residents of Bexar County, and Gordon Howell, a resident of Cameron County. The suit was filed in Wood County, and the defendants Mary Green Miller and her husband filed their plea of privilege to be sued in the county of their residence.
